Passwords

We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Products

Products are displayed as accurately as possible, although colours may appear slightly differently on customer's computers/mobile devices. Small variations may exist.

Availability

Every effort is made to ensure that our website shows the true availability of stock. However, should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Payments

We accept online payments through our shop checkout using Paypal, which accepts most credit & debit cards. Payment in full must be receiver prior to dispatch of order. Orders will be acknowledged by email once complete.

Postage

We currently offer standard delivery throughout the UK which is priced at £1.50 per order. However, postage is free when ordering more than 6 cards.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day. Should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused & in resalable condition. If a damaged or incorrect product is received, Stephen Cocker Cards will offer either exchange or full refund, including both inward and outward delivery costs (if applicable). For all returns, it is recommend that the customer obtains a certificate of posting, as Stephen Cocker Cards cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
